Accessory Parts

Most Ace Roto-Mold tanks come with standard accessories included, but replacement parts as well as additional parts for custom-fitted tanks are available.

Accessory Clips

These flexible nylon clips are handy when attaching wands, hoses or other round objects to a flat surface. The mounting surface features an anti-rotation button, which engages with the dimple recess in the tank to prevent rotation. Clips attach to surface with #10 screws. Mounts shafts from 1/4" to 7/16" in diameter.

Anchor Rite Concrete Slat Fastener

The Anchor Rite Concrete Slat Fastener quickly attaches hog panels to concrete slats, sitting lower in the channel so it does not crack the concrete. The molded clip features a semi-elliptical profile to provide a larger contact angle over competitive circular designs, lowering stresses on the slat sides. The clip incorporates an elastic lock around the bolt threads to prevent loosening.

Fittings: Gaskets

Viton Gaskets are available in the following sizes. Santoprene and EDPM Gaskets are also available for most fittings. Different gasket materials may be required according to the substance stored in the tank.

Fittings: Bulkheads & Syphon Tubes

Bulkhead fittings and syphon tubes are available for Ace Roto-Mold tanks in the following sizes. Standard fittings that come included with each tank are listed in each tank table. A syphon tube is included with the purchase of all Pick Up Tanks and all Vertical Tanks 300 gallons or greater. Fittings listed below are available as additions to tanks ordered with multiple fittings.

J-Bolts

J-Bolts are used to secure bands and hoops to metal framework. J-Bolts are included with the bands and hoops that require them, but we also offer bolt bags and individual J-Bolts as replacement parts. Please refer to the dimensions listed below to order the correct part number.

Lids

Lids for Ace Roto-Mold tanks are available in the following sizes. Standard lids that come included with each tank are listed in each tank table. The following lids are available as replacement parts.

Spinwelds

DHI spinwelds feature a hex driving recess to ease installation. This driving recess makes the installation tools universal and easy to construct. These spinwelds also feature a specially designed conical welding surface that helps to center the spinweld and increases the surface welding area.
